WRIGHT Rev. JEFFREY SCOTT Age 53, of Flowery Branch, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA, following a sudden illness. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at Sugar Hill United Methodist Church with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. He will lie in state from 3:30-4:00 p.m. prior to the service. Reverend Jeff Coleman, Reverend Steve Wood and Reverend Andy Witt will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 3, 2015, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Wright was born on February 25, 1962, in Flowery Branch to Mary Jo Beck Wright and the late Joseph Wright. He graduated from Johnson High School in 1980, and attended Spirit Vision Bible College and graduated with a Masters of Divinity. Mr. Wright was the owner of Camper City and a member of Sugar Hill United Methodist Church. He was a licensed local pastor of United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his father; maternal grandparents, Joella Beck Allison and Clarence Richard Beck; paternal grandparents, Nora Strickland Wright and Benjamin Wright. Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Sarah Shumaker Wright of Flowery Branch; mother, Mary Beck Wright of Buford; sister, Michele Wright Cancilla; and brother-in-law, Chuck Cancilla of Buford; daughter, Jessica Wright Yaun of Flowery Branch; son, Benjamin Scott Wright of Duluth; daughter, Christina Wright Bourne of Tucker; and two grandchildren; and two nieces. Mr. Wright was dearly loved by his family and friends. He had a wonderful sense of humor and counseled many to the glory of God. He was a strong advocate for the saving grace of his Lord, Jesus Christ, and led many people to believe in the risen Savior. He was a business man and conducted his business with honor and integrity. His favorite Bible verse was Nehemiah 8:10, The joy of the Lord is your strength. He will be missed by many. CUNZOLO GIUSEPPE JOE Age 64, of Coraopolis, was lifted peacefully by God's angels, Wednesday, September 30, 2015, after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Falerna and raised in Proseddei, Italy, Joe immigrated to America on April 30, 1969, when he was 18 years old. A champion hydroplane boat racer, Harley rider, and snow mobiler, Joe loved everything fast and strived to break limits and records. He was "the life of the party," and when there wasn't one, he brought one. This world will be a colder place without his huge presence. Left to mourn his passing is his loving, devoted wife of 10 years, Michelle (Gelormino) Cunzolo. His amazing contagious lives inside his best girl, daughter, Nicole (Cunzolo) and Ty Heasley; adored grandson Nicolas Bates; and his only loving son, Mark Cunzolo (Sarah Cunzolo); devoted brother, Domenick (Cunzolo), his cherished and loved nephew who was his welcome to America as he was born in 1969, on his birthday, Christian (Cunzolo); and step-granddaughters, Kayoda, Krystle, Tyra, Sierra (Heasley). Most beloved son to Carmella (Cunzolo) Trautman of New Braunfels, TX; and siblings, Robert (Lupe), Richard (Connie), Danny, and Michael (Loretta). Joe is called Pinuccio by his loving, faithful family from Italy, Zia Agnese (Anthony) Cicarelli (Sabrina and Mario DiCriscio, Barbara); brother, Gianfranco (Anna) Cicarelli, Maurizio; and sister, Anna; along with nieces and nephews too numerous to mention. The family wishes to thank the staff of Family Hospice Care for their kind care, Dr. Sherry, Dr. Coppola and the Cancer Treatment Centers of America. TICKNOR ARTHUR W. Of Sewickley and Keene, NY, passed away September 29, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was born in Englewood NJ, October 20, 1934. He and his wife Mandy were married for 55 years. Art had a business career that spanned more than 30 years, and he was known as the man who could turn around an ailing factory. He held a bachelor's degree in engineering science from Harvard University, and a master's degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School. Art started his career at Union Switch and Signal (US&S) when the Pittsburgh based company was a division of Westinghouse Air Brake Company (WABCO). He then served with American Standard Inc. for more than two decades after it acquired US&S. During that time, he first held divisional management positions in the company's Heat Transfer Division and was then named Group Executive for its Industrial Product Group with operations in the U.S., Europe, and South America. He returned to Pittsburgh to lead Union Switch and Signal and American Standard's worldwide Signaling and Fluid Power Products Group as Corporate Vice President and Group Executive. After US&S was sold to Ansaldo, an Italian firm, Art was appointed President and CEO. In 1990, Art was appointed Chairman of US&S, with consulting responsibility to Ansaldo for the oversight of international operations in Ireland and Chile and other new initiatives. He retired from US&S in 1991. He had an early foray in politics when he ran for City Council of Pittsburgh with John Tabers as mayor in 1969. In retirement, Art was Executive in Residence, Technology Management, at Duquesne University, School of Business Administration. Art enjoyed time with his family hiking, biking and canoeing in The Adirondack Mountains of New York; and skiing on slopes from Buffalo to Lake Tahoe. Art and Mandy also enjoyed the arts, and attended the Pittsburgh Symphony for many seasons. Art served many communities. His common sense approach provided stability and success that lifted all those involved. In recent years, he was chairman of the Vestry at All Souls Chapel in St. Hubert's, NY in the Adirondack Mountains. He served two four year terms as Chairman of the Board of Pressley Ridge. Art is survived by his wife, Mandy. They have four children, Sam (with Margie in Madison, New Jersey), Art (with Susan in Hood River, Oregon), Rob (with Dorothy in Evans Head, Australia), and Margie (with Doug in Mars, Pennsylvania). They have 12 grandchildren. There will be a memorial service for Art at Sewickley Presbyterian Church, 414 Grant St., Sewickley on Monday, October 5, 2015, at 12 noon. KOSTELNIK Sr. JOHN GABRIEL, SCN A Sister of Charity of Nazareth, KY, passed into eternity on September 30, 2015, at the age of 93, and in the 76th year of her religious life. Sister originally entered the Congregation of the Vincentian Sisters of Charity from St. Florian Parish in United, PA in 1939. Sister John Gabriel received her Bachelor and Master degrees in Education from Duquesne University and served the Church as an elementary teacher and principal in the Dioceses of Pittsburgh and Greensburg, PA, Youngstown, OH, and Mobile, AL. Sister's last teaching assignment was at St. Sebastian School where she taught for 24 years. After her retirement from teaching, she served as a telephone operator at the Motherhouse of the Vincentian Sisters of Charity. Because of ill health, Sister John Gabriel resided at the Vincentian Home until recently when she returned to St. Louise Convent where she peacefully passed away. Sister was known for her gentle manner, ready smile and laugh. She had a deep love for children and God. After teaching all day, she would then offer her services as a CCD Catechist. Sister John Gabriel had the unique privilege of having three of her family members also enter the Vincentian Sisters of Charity. Having four family members become sisters was an inspiration to others and a blessing to the Vincentian Sisters of Charity. Sister John Gabriel was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Anna Kostelnik; and her siblings, Sister Canice, Michael, John, Joseph, Mary, and Sister Seraphine. She is survived by her sisters, Sister Antoinette, Catherine Hohos, and Margaret Klimchock; nieces and nephews; and her sisters in Community. Friends will be received at St. Louise Convent, 8200 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237, on Sunday, October 4, 2015, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered in the convent chapel on Monday, October 5, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment in the Sisters' cemetery on the convent grounds.
