BONNAURE GILBERT WARREN, Sr. Gilbert, age 92, of McDonald, North Fayette Twp., passed away on November 5, 2017, in Concordia of the South Hills. Mr. Bonnaure was born June 28, 1925, in Sturgeon, the son of the late August and Rose (DePasse) Bonnaure. He was a WWII Navy veteran, a retired brick layer, a member of the former Noblestown Methodist Church, where he served as trustee, and was also a member of the McDonald VFW. One of his favorite hobbies was playing golf which he did until he turned 90. Gilbert was the beloved husband of the late Doris (Bastide) Bonnaure who passed away December 25, 2010. Surviving are his children, Gilbert (Lisa) Bonnaure, of Maryland, David (Frances) Bonnaure, of Weirton, Judy Bonnaure, of Oakdale, Robert (Kimberly) Bonnaure, of McDonald, and Richard (Lisa) Bonnaure, of Bridgeville; grandfather of 14; and great-grandfather of 16; brother of Paul (Kay) Bonnaure, of McDonald. He was preceded in death by his brother and sisters, Evelyn Bastide, Leah Balmer, August Bonnaure, and Clarice Delaney. Jean was blessed with seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She retired after a career of teaching. Jean was an accomplished watercolor artist and held memberships with the Pittsburgh Watercolor Society, South Hills Arts and Whitehall Arts League. She enjoyed many hobbies such as gardening and knitting. Jean was an active member of St. Anne's Parish in Castle Shannon.
