CUDDYRE DANIEL J. On Sunday, January 24, 2016, age 72, of Valencia. Born in Meadville, PA on October 6, 1943, he was the son of the late Daniel J. and Cecelia Nicholson Cuddyre. Dan was a Steamfitter for Union Local 449 in Pittsburgh. He served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He was instrumental in the founding of the Marine Corps League and was an active member of the Mars V.F.W. Post 7505, where he had held several offices through the years. He also belonged to the Mars American Legion and the D.A.V., and had volunteered at the Butler VAMC. A member of St. Kilian Church, he also participated in the Big Brothers of Allegheny County, where he mentored Sam Carson, who preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Mary Jean Walter Cuddyre, whom he married on July 25, 1970; a son, Daniel M. Cuddyre of Valencia; a granddaughter, Isla Jean Cuddyre; a sister, Patricia Pasquarella of Los Angeles, CA; two nieces, Morgan Roth and Karen Pasquarella; and a great-niece, Bridget Roth. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jean Roth. TUITE EDNA MAE (GREENWALD) Age 92, of Beechview, passed away on January 25, 2016, at St. Clair Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Edna was born in Pittsburgh, PA on April 15, 1923. She was daughter to the late Charles J. and Pauline Greenwald and the late Genevieve Greenwald. Edna spent her years devoted to raising five children and was a grandmother to eight grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. She worked as a dedicated employee at Eat N Park on Banksville Road for over 40 years, just recently retiring. Edna enjoyed working and had always said she loved the people she encountered on a daily basis and this is what kept her going all of these years. She spent her free time devoted to St. Pamphilus Church by volunteering at the church carnivals and was also a regular attendee at weekly bingos. She will be remembered for her famous Chocolate Chip Cookies and mostly a person who had a heart of gold and was everyone's "Angel on Earth". Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Tuite, Sr.; daughter-in-law, Christine M. Tuite; granddaughter, Allison M. Tuite; grandson, Robert Robbie M. Tuite III. She is survived by her sons, Robert M. Tuite, Jr. and David (Helen) Tuite; daughters, Kathy (Bill) Nieser, Colleen Hill (Matt Rich), and Michelle Tuite; grandchildren, Jennifer (Eric) Queen, Nicole Nieser (Rob Sargent), Billy Hill, Jr., Christopher Hill, Robert J. TULLIUS JAMES M. Age 60, passed away surrounded by his loving wife and children on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, in Cumming, GA after battling cancer. Formerly of Crystal Beach, FL, Jim was born in McKeesport in 1955 and grew up in Clairton. He attended Serra Catholic High School and graduated with a BA in journalism from Penn State University. Jim began his successful career working for Busy Beaver in Pennsylvania, then to Home Depot where he was a district manager responsible for opening stores along the east coast. More recently, he was a manager of Lowe's in Clearwater, FL. When he was not working, Jim loved to spend time with his family. Sunday was his favorite day of the week, when he often prepared sauce and meatballs before watching his favorite team: the Pittsburgh Steelers. A loving husband and father, he will be dearly missed by his family. He joins his father, the late James E. Tullius, who passed away May 26, 2014. James is survived by his mother, Sylvia (DeFazio) Tullius of Clairton; his wife, Lisa (Barringer) Tullius of Crystal Beach, FL; son, James V.
