PFAFF RONALD A. Age 82, passed away of a broken heart on July 23, 2017 at his home in South Baldwin, PA. He was born on July 20, 1935 in Pittsburgh, PA to Reinhold and Mildred Dubinshak Pfaff. Ron grew up in Carrick, PA. He graduated from Carrick High School in 1953, while he worked at Isaly's. After high school, he worked for 44 years at Pittsburgh Gear. Ron married the love of his life, Suzanne Staab in 1956 in Carrick. They were happily married for 60 years. Ron was a member of St. Germaine Church. He enjoyed bowling, playing ball with the kids, coaching basketball, woodworking, and spending time with his family, of which he was so very proud. Ron is survived by his children, Daniel (Rosemary), Kathleen (Edward) McVay, Jeffrey, Richard (Patricia), Sally (Michael) Flinn; his sisters, Millie (Dale) Pinkerton and Carol Bozzo; his brother, Rich (Linda); his grandchildren, Shawn (Jessica), Shannon (Joshua), Brandon (Corrine), Brittany (Timothy), Troy, Rachel, Blaise, Jordan, Olivia, Damian, Jessica, Brody, Delaney; his great-grandchild, Jameson; and his cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
