NIEMAN SHAWN EMMETT Age 54, after a long and courageous battle with cancer, passed away on June 17, 2017. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kim; daughter, Stephanie and son, Scott. A native of Whitehall and a longtime resident of Jupiter, FL. Son of Harry and the late Betty Nieman; brother of Douglas, Terrence, and Paul. He was the Natural Resource Coordinator of the town of Jupiter, FL and a certified arborist. He was an outstanding athlete and was involved in many sports. He was kind and friendly to everyone and always had a smile on his face. He endured many years of agony, but never complained about his condition. A memorial service was held at the Grace Immanuel Bible Church in Jupiter, FL on June 24, 2017, and a memorial mass will be held at St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church in Whitehall on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. Send condolences post-gazette.com/gb
