SHEA-BEST FRANCIS A. On Thursday, June 9, 2016, age 77, of Pittsburgh. Loving wife of Fred D. Best; daughter of the late Frank and Mary Anscott. Fran was a private duty LPN for many years, an avid historical reenactor, participated with the Society for Creative Anachronism, member of Captain William Trent's Co., as well as the Flagship Niagara League and Ships Co. with the US Brig Niagara, also a master gardener through the Pittsburgh Civic Garden Center.
