STARKEY ROBERT W. Of York, PA formerly of Pitcairn and Turtle Creek, age 88, on Thursday, June 9, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Angeline S. "Ange" (Sangelo) Starkey; loving father of Rae (Patrick) Brennan of York, Robert P. Starkey of Turtle Creek, Patricia Parrish of Hanover and the late William Angus; grandfather of Nicole Brennan, Ryan Starkey, Elliot Starkey, Liam Starkey, Susie Starkey, Yvette Rippeon and Harry Parrish. Also survived by four great-grandchildren; and one great-great- granddaughter; brother of LaVonne Fischer, Laura Bailie, the late Betty Plance, late Arlene Aites, and the late Edgar Starkey. Bob was an Army paratrooper during WWII and was a retired insurance sales representative. In the 1960s, Bob owned a second-hand furniture store in Florida. In the 1970s, he had been a sales representative with his brother's car dealership in York. Friends welcome on Sun. from 6-8 p.m. at PATRICK T.
