JOHN "JACK" KNOBLOCH John “Jack” Knobloch, age 66 of Pleasant Hills, died after a lengthy battle with cancer, on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at his home. Jack was born on May 21, 1954 one of two children of John Jacob Knobloch, Jr. and Joan Patricia (Morse) Knobloch. He grew up in Beaver and graduated from Beaver Area High School. Jack was a successful casket salesman working for Reynoldsville Casket Company in Reynoldsville for over 25 years and later for Matthews International when they purchased the Reynoldsville Plant. He loved classic cars, especially his 1960 Red Chevy Biscayne; he loved listening to Beatles music with his son, Dan and in his retirement, he loved traveling and enjoying new restaurants with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Knobloch. Jack is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Kay (Nissley) Knobloch and was the devoted dad of Jessica (Steve) Scheuble of Mt. Lebanon and Dan Knobloch of Huntsville, Alabama; he is also survived by his sister-in-law, Linda Nissley; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Sharon Nissley; nieces and a nephew. Jack loved his family and was looking forward to the birth of his grandson in December. Family and friends are invited to attend visitation on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 from 3 – 7 P.M. in the STEPHEN D. SLATER FUNERAL HOME 1701 Route 51 Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania 15025. Jack's funeral service will be in the funeral home on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 12 Noon with Pastor Matthew Magera of Zion Lutheran Church in Brentwood officiating.
