LT. COL. EDWIN F. ASHOFF (RETIRED USAF) Of West Mifflin, on August 31, 2020, age 95. Son of the late Adam and Victoria (Paskert) Ashoff; beloved husband of Mary Margaret (Powers) Ashoff; father of Meg Ashoff, Patti (Jerry) Cody, Mary Jo (Marc) Pizzuto, Jane (Bob) Furlan, Veronica (Brent) Ruble, Martha (Kerry) Frech and Larry (Linda) Ashoff; brother of Bernice Pepke and the late Sr. Francine Ashoff O.P., Alfred Ashoff, Vincent Ashoff and Donald Ashoff; also survived by 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Edwin retired from the United States Air Force after 24 years of service as commander, personnel and administrative officer.
