JOHN (JACK) A. BUCHINO, SR. On Wednesday, May 13, 2020, John (Jack) A. Buchino, Sr., age 86, passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family. Survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Betty; father of John A. (Karen) Buchino, Jr. and Vincent J. (Danielle) Buchino, Sr.; brother of Nick (Pat) Buchino, and the late Julie Pellegrini, and late Stella Phillips; grandfather, Pap of Dylan, Heather, Alyssa and Vincent, Jr.; beloved uncle to several nieces and nephews. Jack was proud to serve his country in the U.S. Army and received his honorable discharge in 1962. Jack was an employee of Classic Chevrolet in Bellevue, PA for 45 years. After retiring, he worked another 15 years part-time at Franklin Auto Repair. He enjoyed playing tennis, water skiing, camping at Treasure Lake and car cruises. He loved traveling with his family. He was a great jokester and loved spending time with his grandchildren, friends, and family. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Hope Hospice or the local food bank.
