DAWN RAYMOND, Sr. Age 76, of Plum, formerly of Braddock, North Versailles and Delmont, passed away on October 7, 2018. Beloved husband of Norma (McNeice) Dawn; loving father of Lisa (Laura Hernandez) Dawn, Lynn (Ken) Sabolovic, Laurie (Domenico) Borriello, and the late Raymond (surviving wife, Rebecca) Dawn, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Angelena, James, Anthony, Domenic, and Sofia Borriello, and Justin, Nicholas, and Kayleigh Sabolovic; also survived by many nieces and nephews; he was also preceded in death by his parents, Alvin B. and Mary Dawn; brother, William Dawn; and aunt, Anna Basista. Raymond worked as a machinist for Miller Printing Machinery Company on the Northside, and later went on to dedicate his time as a driver for First Transit for over 20 years. He was a hardworking, loyal husband who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, INC. (MONROEVILLE / PLUM CHAPEL), corner of Beatty Rd. and 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at North American Martyrs Church.
